Launched in 2015 by the Italy-America Chamber of Commerce Texas, Taste of Italy Houston quickly grew to include more cities in Texas and is now an annual event in El Paso and Dallas (at Eataly), and Tulsa in Oklahoma as well.
More than 500 attendees are expected at this year’s event in Houston (Monday, March 3), where Italian food and wine producers will be presenting more than 300 products.
Among the public-facing events, the annual “Texas BBQ and Italian Wine” seminar is one of the year’s most anticipated events. Presented by leading Italian wine experts and one of Houston’s most beloved pit masters, the standing-room-only crowd is never disappointed by the magical pairing of smoked meats and top Italian wines.
